I will be hosting our 2nd meeting with a viewing of Food Matters. You're welcome to come. BYO healthy snacks. I will serve popcorn and flavored water.

***4 of us viewed Food Matters together. I think it awakened a new outlook about food and it being the basis between  health or illness. Each went home with a new goal and all want to share the video with their families.

Bluberry picking anyone?
Wolfe's Farm east of Streetsboro berries will be ready for picking mid July. I will be in Detroit but think I can arrange for another sister to head up the trip. Only $1.80 per pound Open M-Sat.
Detroit Friends...I think Leah is planning a blueberry picking day. I will update when I get confirmation

Mid August Rosby Raspberry Farm
Pick your own berries. Enjoy a morning with others while picking your berries. Use for jams, in yogurt, fruit salads or eat just as they are. Don't have a date yet. Preferences anyone? During the week, weekend?
